Which lake has the highest salt concentration in world ??

So far we used to think that sea water is too salty.

Average salinity of sea and ocean is just 3.38%.

Even Dead sea and Antarctica's Don Juan pond are salty.

Salinity of dead sea is 23.1% and that of  Don Juan pond is 40.2%.

But this lakes salinity is staggering 43.3%     !!!

This lake is  GAET'ALE  POND  located in the  Afar region of  ETHIOPIA  !!!!!

The pond is inhospitable to fishes and other life forms.
