Bheja Fry question

 I love to solve simple math puzzles.

I came across this math puzzle on internet.

Question

3      -        3         *       6         +        2      =        ????

Answer

These type of math puzzles require BODMAS  rule to solve.

BODMAS  =   Bracket     Order      Division      Multiplication      Addition   Subtraction

When we apply this rule, we need to follow the arithmetic operations given im the above writen type.

3   -   3  *  6   +  2

According to the law, we need to do multiplication first though it is in the middle of the given puzzle.

3  -  3  *  6  + 2

==>>  3  -  18  +  2

==>> Now we must do addition

==>>  3  -   16

Now finally substraction

==>>  - 13

Why I am writing this because till now what all I was successful in solving arithmetic math puzzle,

Final answer was always a positive number !!!!

When I solved this, as we can see final answer is a negative number.

I was little bit suspicious that I myself have committed mistake while solving.

But I got negative number as the answer in the repeatations I performed.

Now I am relieved that this itself is the answer !!!
