A cat's whiskers are not only present on cheeks but also under chin, above eyebrows and even behind their front paws !!!
The follicles from where this whiskers grow, are surrounded by sensory cells and nerves that connect the hair directly to brain.
This makes them so sensitive that they can detect a very small vibration also.
Cats don't have perfect eyesight but they never knock into things !!!
This happens because of sensitive whiskers. They allow the cat to expertly hunt their prey.
Cats love squeezing into impossibly narrow spaces with the help of these whiskers !!!!
