Why there is more oil in Venezuela than any country in the world ???

It is mainly due to geological reasons.

Venezuela has vast unconventional oil reserves. Perticularly extra heavy crude.

These reserves are very extensive. Specific geological formations have trapped these hydrocarbons in place for millions of years.

But extracting and processing this heavy crude oil can be challenging and costly due to technological and infrastructure issues.

Gulf country oil is like water and easily extracted whereas Venezuelan oil is extra heavy.

That's why Venezuela didn't prosper like gulf countries despite having vast oil reserves  !!!
