Question is about northeast Indian States.

We have 3 neighboring countries in our Northeast region.

China                 Myanmar                   Bangladesh 

Only one northeast state shares border with China. That is ARUNACHAL PRADESH  !!!

North Eastern states sharing border with Bangladesh are

Assam         Meghalaya            Tripura         Mizoram 

North Eastern states sharing border with Myanmar are

Arunachal Pradesh        Nagaland         Manipur          Mizoram 

According to above chart,

Assam is the northeast state which don't share border with Myanmar but it shares with Bangladesh    !!!!
