                                Method to prepare onion chutney

This perticular chutney doesnt require grated coconut like other chutneys.

Ingredients

Finely sliced onions - 3 to 4
Green chillies - as required for taste
Salt to taste
Tamarind - As per taste
Jaggery - As per taste

Method

Take finely sliced onions and green chillies. Dry fry both of them. Now take them on a mixie jar. Now add salt to taste, little tamarind and also jaggery as per taste. Grind all of them to make a fine paste with very little water. Now onion chutney is ready without grated coconut.
