Where there is a will, there is a way

Where there is a will, there is a way

Joseph is a resident of New Zealand. He is a mountaineer by passion. In May, 2010, he successfully climbed Mount Everest. If he is a normal person, this would not be a news. But Joseph had lost both of his legs. That's why this is a news.
Joseph was a normal person. He was having the ambition of climbing mountains since childhood. In his country, there are many snow- clad mountains. Once, he and his friend planned to climb one of them. It was winter season. It was chill outside.
But bad luck, Joseph and his friend had to spend their one night in a cave situated on top of mountain. They didnt have any warm clothes with them. But also, they spent the night. But when they woke up in morning, Joseph could not move his legs.
Soon he was hospitalised. To his dismay, doctors examined him and said that due to frost bite, his legs have lost their senses and it is better to cut them off. Joseph was totally broken . But he agreed for the operation. Now Joseph is a handicapped man.
In the beginnng, he sat in house thinking about his glorious past. Then doctors introduced him to artificial limbs made of fibre. Now, Joseph started to practice using them. In the start, he fell down several times. But also he didnt stop the effort.
Now he is able to walk and also can climb stairs. This has introduced him to the possibility of continuing his ambition. He started climbing hills with his artificial limbs. He got confidence that he can make it. He selected Mount Everest as his next destination.
He suceessfully climbed that. If he sit worrying about his condition, he would have confined himself between 4 walls of his house. But he overcame the feeling.
