                                  Method to prepare wheat flour Burfi

 First,  fry cashew nuts and dry grapes in ghee. Now, fry wheat flour in ghee till its odour goes. Now add fried cashew nuts and dry grapes to it. Add sugar and cardomom powder.
In a pan prepare hot water. Now pour this hot water to wheat flour and mix well. Now, burfi is ready to eat.
