Story of Tenali Rama
Everyone heard of witty answers of Tenali Rama. But in the earlier days of his life, he was very lazy. A saint came and asked him to chant the name of Goddess Kali.
Tenali Rama went inside a temple and started chanting the name of Goddess. To his surprise, Goddess came infront of him with her 100 heads . But Tenali Rama was not at all scared by the sight. Instead he started laughing !
Goddess was surprised. She asked him the reason. Then Tenali Rama replied, if he catches cold it is difficult for him to clean his single nose itself. But Goddess is having 100 noses. How can she manage if she catches cold ?!
Goddess too smiled at this question and blessed Tenali Rama to entertain people with such witty answer in the future.
