                                    How to prepare cashew payasam?
Ingredients

Cashew nuts  - half bowl
Milk - 1 bowl
Cardomom - 5 to 6
Sugar - 4 spoons


Method

 First take a pan and fry the cashewnuts with ghee till they get red coloured. Now transfer these cashews into a mixie jar. Grind them a little. Now add cardomom and little water and grind them till it becomes a fine paste. Now take the milk in a utensil and boil it. When it is boiling, add the fine paste of cashew to it. Stirr well. After some time, add the sugar to boiling milk. Serve the cashew payasam hot.
