                                    How to prepare mixed vegetable bonda?
This recipe I have seen on TV. Found simple. I remembered the method.

Required Ingredients---

Pre cooked mixed vegetables - 1 bowl.
Red chilly powder - 1 table spoon.
Turmeric- 1/4 table spoon.
Green chillies - 5 to 6
Mint leaves and coriander leaves- As per wish
Rice flour- 3 table spoon.
Gram flour-3 table spoon.
Baking soda- little
Salt- To taste
Oil- to fry

Method---

First take pre-cooked mixed vegetables in a bowl. To this, add 1 tablespoon of chilly powder, 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric, 5-6 green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves ( as per wish), 3 tablespoon of rice flour,3 tablespoon of gram flour,little baking soda,table salt(to taste). After this,add little water and mix them thoroughly. Now take oil in a pan and keep it to boil. When the oil is boiling, take the small amount of above said mixure and do deep fry of it. Now serve the bondas hot.
