Who is clever?
There was a poor farmer lived in village. He was having a dispute on his land. Farmer doesnt know other work than farming. He was dependent on the crops yield by the land. Since the matter is in court, he approached a famous lawyer to fight his case.
Lawyer was very greedy. By seeing farmer himself, he came to know that he will not get benefitted by the case. He wanted to finish it off soon. So he advised farmer to gesture that he didnt understand whatever they are saying in court. Farmer agreed.
Farmer did the same as told by lawyer. He didnt give reply to any of the question. He was just gesturing that he didnt understand. The judge pitied about farmer . He thought farmer is dumb. He gave the judgement in favour of farmer. Farmer was very happy.
Lawyer came near farmer and congratulated him on victory. Lawyer asked for his fees near farmer. Now farmer has come to know the trick. He gestured to lawyer that he didnt understand. Now lawyer understood his trick has backfired to him !
